A 2 : Low MOQ, 1 pc for sample checking is available. Mixed samples are welcomed.

Q3: How does your factory do regarding to quality control?
A3: We have related record to monitor IQC and QC, all lamps will have 24-72hrs aging test before packing and delivery.

Q4: How much is the freight cost of samples?
A4: It's depends on weight, packing size and destination. Please contact us if you need, we can get the quote for you.

Q 5. What's the shipping method?
A 5 : It could be Ocean  Shipping, Airlift and Express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, etc ). Please contact us to confirm the shipment method you preferred before placing an order.

Q7: Why the product warranty is 2 years? I need to change the lamp after 2 years?
A7: The industrial standard warranty is 2 years.
And it doesn`t mean the lamp life span is 2 years, it mean we will provide related after sales service freely during this 2 years.
The lamps could still work well after 2 years normally.

Q8: When's the delivery time for the order?
A8: 28-35 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the packaging.

Q 9. What's main difference   between  monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline  solar  panel?
A 9 : The cost and conversion efficiency are different. Both polycrystalline silicon technology and monocrystalline silicon technology are very mature, but the conversion efficiency of monocrystalline silicon is higher, the volume is small, and the cost is high, while the volume of polycrystalline silicon is large, the conversion efficiency is lower than monocrystalline silicon , but the cost is more economical.
